Arbitration is a way to settle a civil dispute outside the general court based on an arbitration agreement made in writing by the disputing parties.
Basically, the procedure for resolving a dispute through arbitration is determined by the disputing parties.
However, usually the parties to the dispute choose an arbitration institution to facilitate the resolution of disputes. The arbitration institution has its own rules for resolving parties’ disputes.
If the parties are bound by a complex agreement, it would be better to settle the dispute through arbitration because the resolution of the dispute through arbitration can be done by selecting an arbitrator assembly so that the arbitrators chosen to settle the dispute can be the arbitrators who are considered to have sufficient understanding of the agreement binding the disputing parties.
