Asset Transfer Contract

The say transfer of an asset shall be depend on the type of asset. The transfer of tangible movable asset is conducted by handover the physic of the asset, the transfer of intangible asset is conducted by making an asset transfer contract which affirms the transfer of rights of the asset, and the transfer of immovable asset is conducted by making a transfer of the immovable asset contract in front of a Land Deed Officer after the transfer of asset price is fully paid.
