Bhismoko is a partner of Noble Law Firm with more than 35 years of lawyering experience.
He is a litigation specialist.
With his wide range of experience, he has deep understanding on how Indonesian law works which frequently needs experience than formal education to understand.
He has handled many litigation proceedings involving administrative, private, criminal, and arbitration.
He has been serving as Indonesian Bar (PERADI) committee for 13 years and now he serve as Executive Director of National Secretariat of PERADI. He has been involved in many development of laws representing Indonesian Bar (PERADI).
The highlight of his experience includes defending Xanana Gusmao (former President of Timor Leste) on The Karakas Massacre charge of prosecutor of Indonesian Government (1993), retaining litigation services for PT. Timor Putra Indonesia, PT. First Media, Tbk., and PT. Pertamina (Persero).
Bhismoko graduated from Faculty of Law of 17 Agustus 1945 University of Semarang and is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
He joined Noble Law Firm in January 2022.
